SMS Consent Communication

Snip Squad may communicate with clients via SMS regarding veterinary services. Phone numbers used for SMS communication are provided voluntarily by clients through phone calls, in-person interactions, email, or other direct communication with the clinic. Mobile Opt-in, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving veterinary services.

Types of SMS Communications

If you consent to receive SMS messages from Snip Squad, you may receive messages related to:

Appointment reminders
Follow-up communications
Post-operative care instructions
Service updates related to your pet’s care
Billing or administrative notifications

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with the clinic. Typically, you may receive up to 2–4 messages per week, depending on appointment schedules or follow-up care needs.

Potential Fees

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt-In Method

Clients may opt in to receive SMS communications by voluntarily providing their phone number when communicating with the clinic. This may occur through:

Phone calls with the clinic
In-person interactions during appointments
Email or website contact messages where a client chooses to include their phone number

By providing a phone number and requesting communication by text, clients consent to receive SMS messages related to veterinary services.

Opt-Out Method

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. After you send the SMS message STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
